Welcome to Combo Café. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our gaming café, console lounge, equipment, and booking services. By entering our premises, booking a seat, or participating in our game nights, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Seat Booking and Cancellations

• All seat bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed prior to arrival.
• If you are running late, we will hold your reserved console or PC for up to 15 minutes past the start time before releasing it to walk-in guests.
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance to allow other gamers the opportunity to play.

3. Equipment Usage and Liability

We pride ourselves on providing top-tier setups. We expect all guests to treat our PCs, consoles, controllers, and peripherals with care.

• Any intentional damage or vandalism to the gaming equipment or lounge furniture will result in immediate removal from the premises and liability for full repair or replacement costs.
• Do not attempt to modify the hardware, bypass software restrictions, or install unauthorized applications on our systems.
• Combo Café is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen during your visit.

4. Food, Drinks, and Conduct

To maintain a clean and vibrant social environment for everyone:

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We offer a full menu of food and drinks tailored for gamers.
• Please keep drinks in designated safe zones away from keyboards, mice, and consoles to prevent spills and hardware damage.
• We enforce a strict code of fair play and respect. Harassment, excessive shouting, or disruptive behavior towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

5. Modifications to the Terms
